I start my first cycle of Clomid tomorrow and when I had called my dr to tell him I started my cycle yesterday they didn't say anything about other meds i'd have to take, just the clomid well i get to walmart to pick it up and i have the clomid and some kind of injection stuff in the sack and my insurance don't pay for the injection stuff and its like 60 bucks, i'm not sure what it was, but i gotta call tomorrow and find out from the dr. cause they didnt say anything about other meds along with this clomid or anything. anyone know what it might be or what its for? its driving me crazy and i cant stop thinking about it.

**Round 1: Clomid 50 Mg, O'd
**Round 2: Clomid 100mg , O'd
**Round 3: Clomid 100mg, O'D and BFP!
**BFP on 6/23/07!! EDD 2/27/08**
**8/13/07 HB at doctor's office
**8/28/07 HB on home Doppler approximately 155 bpm!
**10/19/07 Ultrasound looked good, quad tests came back negative! (Baby's gender is a surprise!)

anyone know what that is?

i called my doctor today but they are closed for the holiday and won't be open till monday

My guess would be that it's a trigger shot to "trigger" ovulation. I had one with my last 2 iuis - i guess it basically forces your body to o within a certain time frame. Mine cost $60 each time, also not covered by ins. I had to have u/s cd 12, 14, 16 & 18 and if follies were ready, I had trigger at midnight of indicated day and iui at 2 pm following day. I would definately ask your doc for more clarification.

well i didn't get the injection cause i was reading and it says its giving by a pro and that they have to teach you how to use it, so i'll just wait till monday and call the dr and see what they say. i did start the clomid though, so far i haven't had any side effects
