the best of the best is "primal defense" by "garden of life"--it's not cheap, but it's fantastic. i've used it to get rid of UTIs, but it's good for every day, too

i also really like "good belly," which is in juice and is usually found near the milk/yogurt at the health food store.

i always feel better whenever i'm taking a good probiotic, whether in a pill or in good yogurt.

so, that's my 2 cents =)
