I know we all have the unfortunate problem of feeling like we arent attractive...but i was wondering what all you ladies do to feel better about yourselfs? Like i wish i could go on a real date with my boyfriend and WOW him with the way i look....any ideas?

My suggestion is to make time for yourself....first plan a date with your boyfriend and make sure its on a day where you can take time out for yourself, go shopping for a new outfit that makes you just feel great, get a manicure or something to just pamper yourself, a couple of hours before your date take a nice hot bath with bubbles and bath salts that smell good, listen to some relaxing music while your taking your bath and light some candles, just relax and visualize how you want to look when you present yourself to your boyfriend, take time to get ready for your date and enjoy that time, think of it as pampering yourself, when your all ready present yourself to your boyfriend, you will have spent a relaxing day pampering yourself and it will show, you will glow, and love yourself, every man I know tells me that they can tell when a woman doesn't love herself and no matter what she looks like she looks much prettier is it shows that she loves herself, and remember that he love's you so enjoy each other.

wow some people sure have that pampering thing down to a science... I on the other hand don't! ( I will have to work on that !!) But, I do beleive that part of feeling and looking beautiful comes from within. I use to always "talk" myself into feeling beautiful. Just thinking of how beautiful you are can help alot. And always remember that your boyfriend is with you because he thinks you are beautiful too. Sometimes I get in slumps where I just hate my body and my looks and then I just remember how much my husband loves me and he is good about telling me I am beautiful and that makes all the difference!

Here's another lil' tip:
Not only your appearance, but your actions can really spark the flame.
Try this simple tip...when you meet him, DON'T be the first to talk. Don't say a thing...just smile, smile, smile, and make constant eye contact (give 'im that intense, smouldering look!) Look at him like he is the most important thing in the world. Then slowly walk up and give him a hug and...well, the rest will be history.
Men don't like gabby women (I learned this the hard way) and love to be the absolute center of attention. They are suckers for a gal who focuses on them (the ego nerds!)

Isnt that the total truth about granny panties!!! Luckily, we have a great plus size clothing store in Canada (Not sure if its in the
US: Penningtons) and they sell all sorts of sexy stuff. I have accumulated quite the assortment of sexy undies
My advice is waking up a wee bit earlier and taking the time to put alot of effort into yourself. Plaster on the make-up, wear that sexy low cut shirt....THEN, act like your the best thing that ever walked this earth.
