Hi girls. Does anyone else have this issue? I have PCOS & IR, I need to lose weight and be on a special diet. I talk to my mom about this all the time. So now my little sis (age 11 1/2) says she's fat. She goes to the mirror after dinner, sticks out her tummy and goes, "Look I'm so fat!" I know it's because I talk about my weight alot. She's thin and beautiful, and I think she does this to get attention. She might also have the same problems as me when she gets older. How do I make her stop?

Yeah, thanx for the tip! I already do her nails and stuff, but I guess I should do more. My mom tells her she's not fat, but my mom's also tiny so that doesn't help. (Everybody in my family is small except me and my dad!) Good luck talking to your sis! And tell your stepmom that you're beautiful as you are!
