Question Progersterone Cream Oops

Hi all, I'm new here. I was diagnosed with PCOS about 4-5 years ago (after years of knowing I had it but no doctors listening). This month was my first month using Progesterone Cream to help regulate AF. Unfortunately about 3 weeks ago we had some really bad snow here (I'm in southern PA) and I got stuck doing some over night shifts at work and didn't have my cream with me so AF came ahead of time. I haven't been very organized in keeping track of AF or when to use/not use the progesterone cream and I stopped using it when AF started and I thought that I waited about 14 days to start it again. I just downloaded some fertility chart today to help me keep better track and realized that I wasn't even supposed to start using the cream again until about yesterday (I've been using it again for probably close to a week). AF isn't here but when I go to the bathroom and wipe there is pinkish/brownish CM so I'm not sure if AF is trying to start. I guess I'm just wondering, since I really messed up my first attempt with the Progesterone cream if I should just stop using it and see if AF comes and start the next cycle fresh or just guesstimate how much longer to keep applying it and try to keep on a normal cycle?
Also, how do you all remember to start applying it again after your 14 days off? I had a hard time remembering, I would always forget in the morning and only sometimes remember at night. I really appreciate any help that ya'll can give me!

I am a to-do list/calendar gal and that is the only way I have been able to remember that today was the day I needed to start using the NPC.

hth,

Hi TrueBlueDixieGal,

to Soul Cysters.

Hope you got the NPC all figured out, and it is helping to get your cycle regular.
