Question progesterone???

Has anyone been given progesterone to take everyday without a break? How can this bring on your period if you dont take a break off of it? Any info would be great havent found anything good looking through the internet. thanks!

Thats a good question. So progestrone is prescibed to bring on a period?

from what i remember they usually test you 2 weeks after you O to see if you got preg. and if not then they tell you to stop the progesterone to bring on your period. I had to be on progesterone to sustain my pregnancy...my progesterone was very low with both my pregnancies. I would think you would have to come off it to get AF.
