Default Progesterone cream

I've been on "life-flo" Natural Progesterone cream for 6 months now.
I can honestly say for the first time in my life I have regular cycles.
On time too. A natural doctor told me to try it, when ur desperate
u will try anything. Also I don't feel the cyst as much. One day out
of the whole month I feel a bit pain but quickly. Also I know if u feel
the cyst changing in size for example one day u feel it and one day u
don't that's good. it means it's non cancerous.

Sounds great!! Can you get that stuff at GNC or some other health store?

HSG, 3/12/09, open and clear!
Blood test results, 3/19/09--everything in normal range, oddly enough despite obesity and extremely irregular cycle!

The stuff from GNC has paraben in it, which you wouldn't want to use. Somewhere on this message board is a GREAT guide to NPC. I really wish someone would sticky it. Here is the link to it: New & Improved NPC (Natural Progesterone Cream) Info!

i am using npc as well. i have used it twice to start af and now i am using it to regulate and get me ovulating. i use it on my belly and i have to say it has helped my stretch marks as well, that is probably just the lotion part doing that though.

Default thanks!

Thanks everyone for the NPC info, but since I've never used it before, can someone recommend a specific brand for me since there's so many choices out there on the Internet?! Thanks!!

I think that link I posted may have some specific guidelines and maybe brand names. I use the brand Emerita. I like it, but I have to admit, the orange smell kind of wears on my nerves sometimes.

Thanks Hermione. Where did you get it? Is it only available online, or can you get it at a store? Hopefully the latter because I'd like to get some today!! I'm currently waiting for the Provera to kick start an AF so I can go back in for my blood tests and HSG, but I've still got 4 more pills, and then probably 3-7 days of waiting before the period will start, and I'm just sick of this waiting!! I want to be proactive and do something to help improve my menstrual function in the meantime. I'm a person who likes to plan (and I had planned on being pregnant with another child by the time my son turned 3, but so far nothing yet!), and when my plans fall apart due to circumstances out of my control, I just can't handle the frustration!!

the life flo brand was highly recommended by a natural doctor
and i understand why after trying it. but it could be different for
each person. try a few and see what u like.

OK, but I'm on the vitacost website now and I see 2 different brands. Which one do you
prefer: the regular Life-Flo Progesta-Care Cream, or the Life-Flo
Progestacare Plus?

Another question (sorry to be such a pest!): do you apply NPC every day of the cycle or just from O to AF (or vice versa)? Thanks!
