progesterone cream

I am thinking about asking my doctor for this ( i heard it helps libido and ovulation) I am also going to ask her to up my met dosage and give me letrozole (femara) have any of you had experiences with progestrone cream (you can buy natural progesterone OTC right?) thanks for any advice!
