I recently started using a progesterone gel after ovulation to help prevent a miscarriage (I have had recurrent miscarriages) and this cycle it made my AF come late. I usually am a 28-29 day cycler and this time it didn't come until day 31. Is this something that is caused by the progesterone?

Hoping next time that the AF doesn't show up at all (hoping for +++++).

Yes, the delay in the start of your period can be because of the progesterone. You body will have a natural drop in progesterone if you aren't pg and that will signal the uterus to shed its lining. When you supplement w/progesterone, you delay that action. Double edged sword when you use it like this. Good luck!
