Default progesterone only?

Any one gotten pregnant by only supplementing with prometrium after ovulation? I would really like to try this, but my dr doesn't think it will work as well as clomid and a trigger shot.
What do you guys think?
Anyone tried either one??

i take prometrium for at least 2 weeks after O... if I get pregnant, I will be on it for 12 weeks... I also take clomid cd3-7 and estradoil cd8-12...

the clomid and trigger will help you O, but the prometrium will help support a pregnancy...

If you are ovulating, you probably don't need Clomid. If you are ovulating then I would start with the progesterone to support a healthier cycle and early pregnancy. Some Drs. will proscripe Clomid even if the woman is ovulating because (as I understand it) egg quality.
