Default Progesterone as a precaution???

Hi,

I had an early m/c a few weeks ago and ever since I've convinced myself I have a progesterone problem because my first pregnancy worked out ok.

Thing is, I'm only under a GP at the moment and I know he won't test my progesterone because he knows I'm ovulating because I managed to get pregnant (if only it were that simple!!).

I THINK I MAY have ovulated a couple of days ago so is there anything I can just take myself to increase my progesterone just incase I did manage to conceive?

Any help is much appreciated. I know there is a cream but I read that it's 'weaker'???

Thanks.

Andrea.

Default Progesterone cream

I just bought a Progesta-Care cream from SwansonHealth.com where I buy my supplements . It is a dosed bottle and you use it days 12-27 of your cycle to increase the level. I had an MC on
5-13-4 also and it was due to a level of 2.5 (my OB did the level to see if the pregnancy was viable or in trouble) He said that often that level is low due to a problem pregnancy, his wife is a friend of mine and she is pregnant and she too uses suppositories not cream.

Thanks for the replies. I think I will go to my local 'natural' store and get some progesterone cream of some kind. Might put my mind at rest.

Thanks.
