Thanks for the support ladies! I ended up getting the shot yesterday and hoping that AF finds me soon!
Just wanted to let you know for future the main differences between the progesterone shot and provera (in case you want to know
):
1. Progesterone shot is a natural form and closest to what your body produces where as provera is the synthtic verison of it. This being said if you get a progesterone shot and were or got pg during that time it would not hurt the fetus, but with provera would cause harm to a fetus.
2. In the shot form you get all of the dosage at once so AF should show up sooner but can still take up to 2 weeks to appear. With provera you have to take for 5 to 10 depends on dr and AF can take up to 2 weeks to appear.

Progesterone shot vs provera 
with the drs sometimes when they really don't answer your questions - I realize they have lots of patients but when I call or are there I expect them to "not be to busy for me". Heck I'm paying the big bucks!!
