I'm STILL waiting to be properly diagnosed with PCOS, but i finally have my scan tomorrow! yay!

anyway, my doctor gave me progesterone tablets (to stop a 2 month bleed), that i took for a week. It stopped the bleeding, but i was an emotional wreck!I've never been able to take BCP because the depression was unbearable and these tablets had a similar effect. Needless to say the bleeding started again within 7 days.

Has anyone else experienced the same with Provera and what did your Dr prescribe instead? I'm really worried that i'm not going to be able to take anything to stop this bleeding and at the age of 21, the thought of constantly bleeding is just possibly the most depressing thought of all.
