I am currently taking progesterone only BCPs (Errin) and wondered if any other girls have taken it before.

While on it, I have noticed that I have a period--every month--but much irregular spotting. I spot almost continually!

Is this because of PCOS? I am also currently breastfeeding and am not being treated for PCOS at all.

I may just stop the pill altogether and go back to using other forms of protection--and maybe back to charting my temps with a BBT...

Any thoughts? TIA!!

i was taking camilla also a progestin only pill and i took had irregular bleeding. I took it for almost 4 mths and i would bleed every oter week for about 5 days. The bleeding was very light with no cramping. I have now switched to a combined pill
