Hello everyone.
I just wanted to let everyone know that I used Progesta-Care for the first time and got af on my own. I normally need provera to induce so this is exciting for me. I used it for 10 days and then quit, two days later af came.
I wanted to know how many people had luck with the SPI tablets for ovulation? I want to buy some but I would like input first.

Diet: No fast food, soda, caffeine, or cooking with salt. Everyday eating oatmeal, fruits and veggetables!

I only used it once so far because 2 weeks after I had af due to ProgestaCare af showed up again. I am currently cd 17 and I am trying to hold out for O but it doesn't seem to be coming so I will most likely start the cream again soon.
