i am searching for a cream that i can get here in canada? that's a whole new issue .. anyway
some cream say 2% progestrone .... some say 20mg pump is a dose ...
what i know from the progestrone thread is that they should be
20mgs/ 1/4 tsp
or
480mgs/oz
how do i convert the 2% or is 20mgs pump a 1/4tsp?

The cream I use (ebay no longer has it) comes with a premeasured scoop and I used that twice per day. I would spot around 7-8 days after starting the cream. The best cream is bioidentical progesterone cream with no added herbs.
I too am looking for a cream that ships to Canada. My supplier no longer carries it and I only have enough for 2 more cycles.
ETA: I found this list. You may want to look over the ingredients to make sure you are getting the best quality
I get mine from the Vitamin Shoppe. From the website, it looks like they ship internationally. The one that I use is 22 mg per 1/4 teaspoon.
I just started using it. So, you spot around day 7 or 8? Do you get actual AF also? I haven't had AF since early May, so I would be pretty pumped!

also i am not sure if there would be an issue of customs declining it at the border? since it's not canadian approved? ...

My cycles were heavy because I hadn't had AF for a few months. But the heavy days are over quick. Yes it is a full AF, stopping the NPC causes withdrawl. I am one to go months with no AF so I was skeptical about it working. My ACU thinks it's great that it works on me so quick. I think the recommended dose is for 10-14 days but I never do it that long. Look at my FF charts and see when I started progesterone and when I started spotting.
Mya-I never had problems shipping the cream from the states to here. The seller puts 'cosmetic cream' on the shipping label. I have had 2 shipments with no problems. You can ask the seller if there are any issues with customs but there shouldn't be.
