Prolly gonna think I am dumb

But what does Anxiety feel like or how can anyone describe it? Last friday I was feeling well a little down reading something on this board and I just started to feel real real angry over nothing at all...then the crying came (uncontrolable mind you) and then I felt like I was cornered if that makes sense so I stood up and asked a co-worker if she had some files that needed to be filed like I needed to be doing something if not I was going to go crazy.

I am confused. I was on Prometruim my last pill was Saturday but this wasn't the first time I felt like this, just this time I wasn't good at covering it up I had to let it all out!!!! Why am I feeling like this????? Prometrium? Or this desease is finally hitting me? What? The thought of losing weight is heavy on my mind I am tired of plucking hairs, knowing if I just go back to walking maybe things will be better *shrugs shoulders* I just don't know anymore....I know this should be in "rant" forum but I wanted to know if I was experiencing Anxiety? Please help me understand, please...

it hard to judge what someone else is feeling, but it does sound like maybe you were depressed or anxious. b4 i went on Prozac, i would cry uncontrollabley for no real reason, i would have anxiety sometimes too~pacing, nervous, upset stomach, aggitated~without any serious reasons either. its so hard to say what may have triggered this in you. i would watch it for a week or two and see how your feeling~if things don't get better for you, you should probably speak with your doctor about it. good luck to you!

It could be your body reacting to the prometrium, you know having the hormones changing in your body. Does it only happen after you take the prometrium? I would wait a few weeks and see how you are doing... and then talk to your doctor!

Also.... NOBODY will ever think you're dumb for anything you ask or say on here! Remember we are here as a support group!

Thanks to all of you!!! I think your right Bertie it may be the prometruim and Dilly your exactly right those are the things that I felt more anxious than anything irratible!!! Ok I am going to wait a couple of weeks I go to the Dr that put me on this on the 25th and if I am feeling the same then I will mention it. What can be done what kinds of meds can help this feeling? I used to be Effexor but it did nothing for me really. Just another pill if you ask me

I felt like this for a long time, tearful, anxious, depressed, b*tching at everyone and my doctor put my on antidepressants which were no help. So I went to my naturopath, found out I was really low in progesterone (which causes these symptoms), got natural progesterone cream and now I don't even remember the last time I b*tched at someone or even cried!

I was on Promitruim is that suppose to be the same?

I hear about cream too what exactly is that? Where do yo put it

I just don't understand I can read for days and still not understand.

My break down happen in the middle of the cycle of Promitruim but I feel good now and since I had my period I feel real good I even wanna go back to walking

and will start by going tonight LOL!!!

I HAD NO SIDE EFFECT WITH THE PROMITRUIM PILLS ACTUALLY I HAD A NORMAL PERIOD AND FELT GREAT AFTERWARDS.
