Default *Prom in 7 months* Will i loose weight in time - thread 2

Ok so i had the prom in 8 months thread this is the 2nd out of 8 threads i will be doing(one for each month)

My currunt weight is 15 stone 11 lbs (not good for a 15 year old aye!)

This time next month i want to be at most 14 stone 11 lbs

The prom will be the final goodbye to my senior school years , the list of things to do to be able to be accepted in to the prom is long
You have to have at least 90% attendance - I have 70% - that has to change!
You have to not be excluded nor be in the exclusion unit more then 5 timmes - i havnt been excluded *phew* but been in the unit 3 times
Your grades have to show u put an effort into your work - half and half
My personal goal for the prom is to loose the weight and meet the critiria!!

Well Jess I am sure you can do it and if I can give you one piece of advice it would be this, when I was 16 I weighed 16 stone and I only wish I had tackled my weight problem then instead of gaining more and struggling like crazy now! So you are doing well to tackle it now and I am sure you will succeed!

Well today 1st January 2008*

I had a small bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes with semi skimmed milk for breakfast
I had a small tuna jacket with bit of buttter and tuna and sweetcorn on it
Dinner - A fish pie ready meal.
Snacks: Muller light yoghurt
2.an a half pickled onions(small)

Drinks: 2 sweet coffees and diet coke (should get back to drinking more water)

Today has felt like a bit of a struggle because ive been indoors all day , but its now 8:34pm and i have finished my eating for the day , im going to do some small excersises before my bath and i also went on my skates earlier(for short amount of time) when i go back to school my excerise amount is huge .
Thanks to everyone who reads this and supports me , this year will make me slimmer!

Keep going, Jess, you'll do great! Now xmas is out of the way you can concentrate! You'll also find it helps you with your exams as eating a lot of cr4ppy food slows your reactions and messes up your brain functioning!

As Maz says, you're doing the right thing to do this now. I had a mate who was I dunno her weight but she was a size 20-something but only 5 foot tall. And she did eventually lose a lot of the weight with Weightwatchers. She told me she went to WW with her sister in law, and one day a new girl, quite young, came along who only had a stone or two to lose, and the sister in law said *Why's she here?* My friend said *If we'd come here after we'd gained the first stone we wouldn't have to be here now!* and that has always stuck with me as really good advice.

It's not only harder to lose weight the more you gain, but harder to lose it the older you get cos your metabolism is with you now (it won't be when you're 40, trust me!)

Foods
tuna pasta sweetcorn-lunch (small bowl)
a billion veg and pork cassarole (or stew lol and all fresh)-dinner
small bowl fruit cocktail in juice not the syrup as thats not as healthy!

Snacks - 2 specail k fruit and grain thingy bars (under 90 cals each )
2 small babysized framafrazes
drinks - 2 cans of pepsi max(no sugar etc)
oh and a actimel good bacteria yoghurt drink(for my bad bad bowls lol)

Ok well today went better as i was active and had things to do i was even so good when my skinny brother decided to spend 5.21 on pick mix , yes u read correctly 5 pounds 21 pence exact! , but i do still feel like im missin out on the tasty treaty fattening stuff !!
tomorow i got school and have prepard pasta for lunch!

ok today

brakfast - to slices of marmite on toast
lunch- tuna pasta sweetcorn with special k cereal bbar
dinner- chicken with pasta in a sauce(small portion) and sweetcorn

snacks - fruit cocktail
one slice of unbutterd bread with quorn turky in
1 special k bar
( cos i had enough calories) bag or crisps
drinks - 3 cans of pepsi max(no carbs fat sugar calories etc)
bottle of water

Today ive done loadsa excersise , i done walkin to and from school , ive done p.e which was boxing jumpin runnin skippin weight balls etc , and jus genreal walkin round school and up and down stairs lol
Ive felt more like eatin today , then the rest of this week , im slowly keepin up and havnt weight myself since yesturday morning(Wont tell u weight yet lol) so going a whole 2 days without weighing is a good step ,lots of excersise tomorow yay! thanks for supportin me

Hey thanks for your support and kind words

breakfast-2 slices marmite on toast
lunch- chicken and salad bap thing
dinner - home made shepards pie made with mainly veg and instead of mash tatoe mum done it with mashed suede yummy

snacks- raisins , weight watcher yoghurt , choco coverd snack a jack popcorn yummy
and my naughty snack but not to bad was a quorn turky sandwhich but i have done lots of excersise and been good

Today has been very temptin but i have been good and made sure i walked to and back from school which is good and also been playin with DGS joshua
i hope tomorow is a good day with lots of fresh air excersise and healthy eating!

today
Breakfast - Marmite on toast
Lunch- tuna and sweetcorn bagette with side salad (yummy , had it at cafe (shouldnt of but did lol)
Dinner- mum made a weight watchers or slimmin world itialian stu v healthy (not to nice though )
snacks
to snack a jack pop corn
one weight watcher cake and a quearter of another weight watcher cake(Carrot cake yuck!)
Drinks - water , pepsi(thought it was pepsi max but it wetrnt it was the unhealthy pepsi!)

Blog
Today has been a ok day i had DGS so been runnin around walked to and around the shops done rough and tumble play with DGS , and if i go out to my dads gig tonight will dance and drink j20 or diet coke!!!
