 Prometrium/HSG
Ok, so my Dr doesn't want to do my next follow-up until I have another, yes another, HSG done. I had the first one a year or so ago and he wants me to have another one since it's been so long. Anyway, I just made my appointment for a pregnancy test, just to make sure I'm not pregant and to get my prescription of Prometrium to induce my period in order to have the HSG done. I dread having this HSG done again, it was so painful last time that I was in tears. I took 3 Tylenol an hour before the appointment like I was instructed by my Dr, but it didn't help.
Does anyone who has had this done have any suggestions to relieve the pain during this procedure? |
