how long after stopping prometrium will af come?

I just finished 10 days my last pill was thurs night and got af on sat. morning. I have taken it in the past and it usually came within 2-3 days of the last pill, but the dr. said it could take up to 10 days or 2 weeks. Hope it comes soon for you.
