Default prosacea?

I'm pretty sure I have rosacea.. it looks like a few of the pictures I found online so I am starting something new.

I'm now going to use Aveeno calming face wash and prosacea 2x a day.

Has anyone else used it?

Hi Janette:
I was wondering if you have started using the prosacea gel and the Aveeno Calming lotion? If so, I wondered how it worked for you? I have a constant red face and nothing seems to help with the redness.

I've been using the aveeno alone because the gel made me break out into tiny little red spots all over my face. The redness has gone down to a dark pink lightening sometimes to looking like I'm blushing. I highly recommend the aveeno.

Hi:
That's great news. I was hesitant to purchase the Aveeno Calming because of the high price. But if it works, it would sure be worth it. I used the Prosacea gel and it did not seem to do anything for the redness. I am now trying Vita-K for blothy skin. Just started using it yesterday.

hi all,
I just started using prosacea today. Im a big fan of otc meds and liked the fact that it wasnt necessarily just for rosacea. i noticed my redness after starting metformin. and while it is worst after exercise and heat.... I have now traded pimples for itty bitty white heads... ugh. mostly high on my cheek bones and on my chin..hopefully prosacea will help a bit... though i am "technically" allergic to its main ingredient...sulphur... but im hoping i have outgrown my hives reaction.... its been 25 years at least since i last had a reaction to sulpher... so lets hope all is well lol.

What is prosacea? And where do you get it? I'm actually using the Aveeno Calming and I think it is working on my rosacea but it just doesn't seem to be cutting it for my dryness. I was using a Clinique moisturizer recently and my rosacea went crazy. It was awful. I switched back to the Aveeno and now after I put makeup on you can't even tell, so I am happy about that. The burning and itching is gone! But everywhere else is so flaky I want something more moisturizing.
