Default Which protein/low carb snack bars are good?

I feel that I have tried quite a few and I can't find one I like. I tried the Pria Carb Select (Choc. Peanut Butter Crisp) yesterday and I hated it. They all taste so chalky.

I like the Balance Bars, they're not too bad and are linked and balanced correctly. (My favorite is the caramel nut blast)

Clif Luna Bars are soooo yummy...and made will all-natural ingredients...and have about 25g of carbs and 10g of protein. My favorite flavor is Toasted Nuts N Cranberry.

Default Definitely Luna Bars

My two absolutely most favorite flavors are chocolate peppermint and chai. Lemon is also very good. Luna bars taste so good that some of my male friends eat them. They somewhat recently reformulated for better nutrition, including higher fiber.

I tried the Pria carb select Cookies and Caramel bar. I thought it was very good but left a funny after-taste.

I posted a web link for LunaBars in my reply up there ^ . I can find at least a few of the flavors at the local supermarkets though.

The ZonePerfect bars are really awesome. I haven't had a flavor I don't like.

I have been on this protein/snack bar hunt. Most successful some just plain nasty. The Zone Bars are yummy, I haven't had a flavor I didn't like, I just ate this Clif Bar-Black Cherry Almond, more yummy, I just don't like the ones that have a hard chewy pasty like texture. The bars that are the most successful with me are the oat like ones full of fiber. I use them around 10 am every week day morning, when I start getting a crashing headache. I eat breakfast around 6:30 or 6:45, so by that time I need something. They will hold me over until lunch, sometimes until 1:00. Then a 3:00 snack, but not one of those bars, they are so expensive, I couldnt eat 2 a day, I have been getting the ones that are low carb and on sale of different brnads, Kroger will sell them a buck a piece
