Question Protein Powder Recipes?

I know there are a lot of women on this board who use protein powder. Please share how you use your protein powder other than in smoothies. I'm off to search the web to see what I can come up with, but thought I'd ask some of y'all also. Thanks!

DH and I both use protein powder in several ways. You can use them in water or milk for a quick shake. I put vanilla protein powder in just about anything you eat out of a bowl. Oatmeal, pudding, over cereal, etc. I've been looking for flavorless protein powder to use in soups. Protein powder is a staple around here but honestly I just it mostly with water and that's it! Oh, I have also seen it used to make homemade protein bars. I'll see if I can dig up the recipes!

I'm curious where the best place is to buy protein powder? It's something I'm definately wanting to look into and try, but I have no idea where to start!

I've used protein powder. Whey protein is a bit more expensive but it's by far the best. I used to make fairly passable pancakes with it. I also used it to make low carb icecream as well.

Go to any of the low carb message boards-- they'll be loaded with recipes.
