My Dr. (Endo. here in Houston that specializes in PCOS) prescribed me Provera for 10 days to kick-start my cycle. I havent had one in over a year - I know...I should have going to the dr. sooner, but that isn't the point here.

I have two more days left of the Provera to take...and I still have not started my cycle. They told me to call them if I haven't started after 7 days after taking my last pill.

SO - I was just wondering how long it had taken for you to start or if any of you had any luck on Provera.

Normally I get my period the fourth day after I'm done with the last pill.

I normally get mine the 2 or 3 day after my last pill. I have started mid pill taking but that was a rare occasion. I have taken 5, 7, and 10 pills. For some reason they just give me different amounts. (different Drs usually) Anyhow no matter how many I take it usually the 3rd day after I take the last pill.
