Default Provera

Okay can someone enlighten me. My last period was on April 29th. I chart my BBT and there was no spike in May so I figured I hadn't ovulated and since I hadn't ovulated I wasn't preggers. So I call my doctors nurse and let her know that I need my normal round of drugs! ( 5 days on Provera then 100mg of Clomid) She tells me to take a test because they can't prescribe the Provera if I am pregnant. Well the test was negative so I got my pills on May 29th and took the five days worth. I usually start 2 days after the last pill is taken but it has been 7 days and no AF. I know if I haven't started in 14 days to call my doctor but does anyone know what this may mean? Is there something wrong? Please ease my mind.

Hmmm, I am not sure, but if it were me I would have waited more than just 30 days to start a new cycle. My doctor recommends 35-40 just to make sure there is not a late O. I also usually have 10 days of Provera not 5, and I usually start 5-10 days after. I would give it a few more days and then call the doctor.

I agree with Kel on it being a little early to start the Provera. None the less, I got my period 8 days after I was done taking 10mg for 7 days. I think you should wait until day 15 rolls around before stressing too much. HTH!
