 Provera/Clomid med question - a lil TMI
I have yet to have been given any medication as of yet. I had two depo shots last year, one in Sept and the last in Dec (prior to diagnosis), and my old doctor told us to start trying in March and give it six months. I go for my yearly in a few weeks, and I have read where provera is given to induce a period prior to clomid. How have you all been taking the provera? I've been on it twice. The first time was great b/c I got to choose when I wanted AF to come (I don't remember the strength or dosing schedule). The second time, I took 1 pill a day for 2 weeks, nothing for 2 weeks and then again 1 pill a day for 2 weeks, and it was absolutely awful - heavy bleeding, large clots, extremely severe cramps (so much pain, I was literally ready for a hysterectomy - it was awful!). I had to change every couple hours, and brought the heating pad to work and took lots of advil (per the dr). Obviously, this makes me a bit concerned and hesitant to possibly have to take it again.

Furbabies - 2 cats, Harley and Thor
Last cycle - 119 days (hopefully due to still adjusting to coming off depo in December)
