Provera---HELP!

So, I am currently on day 10 of my provera...I haven't even taken the pill yet today as it is 5:15 in the morning. However, I was woken up with the WORST menstrual cramps, and I now have af. Not just spotting. I actually have af. Do I still take my 10th pill? Is this considered CD 1 even if I am still on provera...help!

The same thing happened to me - I got my period before I was finished the 7 day dosage of Provera. I checked in with my dr and she said if my period starts before I am finished the 7 day dosage of provera to discontinue and not finish the provera. Hope this helps! Good luck!
