Provera....how long is too long???

I was wondering how long is too long on provera. Ive been on it for about 2 years. it helps me have af every month. I was afraid I was on it for too long. but i dont feel like its harming me. I just wasnt sure if provera has a time limit on how long you should be on it. Ive been feeling like im trying to start but I still havnt. Its been going on now for about a week.I was trying to hold off on taking anything besides my prenatel vitemins but i think i might need to take it to start my af. Ive been so achy. I need just a little boost! So if any of you know please share! I was trying to hold off on the meds because im getting ready to move and i wanna start on a clean slate with the new doc and have a med free system to start with. Oh yeah i forgot to say i havnt been on it for 2 years straight. I have missed maybe 3 or 4 months all together since ive started it. thanks lisattc

Hey girls! I was needing some insight on this thread. Can someone please help me? I need to know soon so i can take my provera before its too late. I am still feeling like i am gonna start but nothing besides the achy and crampy feelins and mood swings. Thanks lisattc
