I was wondering if it is possible for Provera to cause a yeast infection (ew)! Also, I have taken 10mg Provera for 10 days (today is day 10) and I need to know when to expect AF. I have recieved conflicting info about this. I have heard people say it should start between day 8 and day 10, but those people were taking 2 tablets a day for 5 days. I have also heard it said that it should be 3-10 days after taking the meds. Does that apply to those who are taking the 5 day doses or both. This is very confusing. If I am to follow the same rules as the 2 for 5 days people, then shouldn't I have already started or at least start by today? Help!

i have taken provera 2tabs 5xday and also took 1 tab for 10 days and i find it takes between a week and 2 weeks before AF shows up no matter what i do.

Chastity

It's really different for everyone. I take 10mg for 10 days and my period usually comes 4 days later. BUT the last time I took it was in June 2003. I'm currently on Day 6, hoping to start a cycle soon.
