Unhappy Provera vs. Primolut

Hi ladies,
Hope y'all can help.
I have had AF visiting since April 8th and so was put on Provera (10mg daily for 10 days) which did nothing so my doc upped it to 3* 10mg daily for 3 weeks.. my main problem is I've developed an allergic reaction to it (full body rash - very uncomfortable) and so I've been put on Prednisone (reading the posts about it make it a bit scary!!) and switched to Primolut... has anyone else had this reaction and is anyone else on Primolut (seems I'm a bit backwards to have Provera to STOP bleeding lol)?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks
Caroline
