I have noticed this on my outer ears and it is driving me crazy. I have it under control pretty well on my scalp by using head and shoulders. I just don't know what to do about my ears...any suggestions?

I just wanted to say that a product available online called "lomalux" has worked for me before for psoriasis. For now however I wanted to focus on managing PCOS before I managed my skin. I do think that lomalux is worth trying for managing psoriasis because you take it orally, so you dont have to worry about all the spots.

I have severe Psoriasis behind my ears, as well as my scalp. I have a small patch on my face that comes and goes, as well as lesser patches over the rest of my body (mostly arms/legs). I have had it since my very early teens.
I'd like to bring something to your attention - actually, to anyone who suffers from psoriasis that is reading this thread. Besides the psoriasis, I suffer from joint pain, which started in my mid-late teens (although I have memories of knee pain from my childhood, I can't pinpoint if it was around an injury or not). At any rate, the pain & fatigue was at an all time high last year, and I finially went to see a Rheumatologist. He has diagnosed me with a condition called Psoriatic Arthritis. I was really surprised, because I would have never thought to link my psoriasis with my joint pain. But after reading about the condition, it all made so much sense.
I've been on medication since April, but unfortunately, my PsA is still in active mode, and I am working with my Rheumy to find something that works. I wanted to post about it here, because up to 30% of people with Psoriasis can be affected with the arthritis factor, too. It worth looking into and keeping an eye on symptoms.
Best wishes!

Hey Diamond, yes I knew about the disease and rheumatism. My ex-boss had it. It's horrible what we have to deal with with PCOS and Psoriasis. We go bald, hairy all over, and we got those red patches that people stare at....
I do recommend Lomalux. I'm basically like you... psoriasis in all sizes of patches on my scalp and body. When I was taking it, it cleared up a good 60-70%! (my body became free of Psoriasis, except for the elbows and some scalp areas) I have never had this much success with other remedies. It's a homeopathic remedy too! Here is the link to the company's site: http://www.lomalux.com/learn-about-l...ucts#psoriasis
At the moment I'm trying to regulate PCOS, but as soon as I tackle that monster I'll get onto tackling Psoriasis
