I am just wondering if there are any cysters out there dealing with PTSD related issues?? I thought that I had everything from that resolved, but I have recently discovered otherwise. I feel very alone in this. I want it to be done, but trauma doesn't just go away because we want it to. I think that having a daughter has made "issues" resurface. I tried to turn it all off and just live my life like all is normal, but it has caught up with me. Does anyone get this?
HI ,, my DH has PTSD from being in Desert Storm... *hugs*

Hey Pink. My DH has it from robbery at gunpoint. I'm understanding more and more about it everyday.

hi-ya sweat heart I have PTSD. And i know how the symptoms can come and go. My best advice is to talk to a therapist. I have a GREAT ONE, and she has helped me emencly. Try and look into it even if you dont want to. Its better to get it all out and understand why it is the way it is, then to guess. Lots and lots of hugs to you and your family.

Thank you everyone for your kind words and support. I do have a therapist, unfortunatelt my ins limits the number of visits per yr!! I am just so frustrated at the resurfacing of symptoms. I am trying to deal with it and roll with the punches, some days I am just angry and feel sorry for myself. I know that this won't help me, so I try to keep moving forward. It just takes a lot of energy.
