Default Puritan's Pride Supplements

Does anyone have an opinion of Puritan's Pride supplements? I've been ordering cinnamon from them & I am having doubts their quality.

I'd really appreciate anyone's input. Does anyone have other brands that they recommend for cinnamon, saw palmetto, vitex, etc?

Thanks!

I sure hope their quality is ok. I just ordered a bunch of NAC and royal jelly from them last week. If anyone has input, I'd like to hear about it, too.

My mom turned me on to Puritans Pride. She has been shopping with them for years (since the mail order catalog days) and is very happy with them. They have been in business for 40 years and I believe they are the biggest mail order vitamin company in the country. I get all of my vitamins and herbs from them now and have been very pleased with their quality and of course their price, which they can keep low because they are the manufacturer. The reviews I have read have been mostly positive too. http://www.viewpoints.com/Puritans-P...tamins-reviews

But, if you are in doubt, try another brand for a similar time period and record your results.

P.S. I don't work for them or own stock, I am just a happy customer.

The brand I have is also Puritan's pride. I don't take it because it considerably lowers my blood sugar (like other supplements do for me). So it definately worked - just a little too well.

I also have a subscription to consumerlabs and although they didn't do any testing on cinnamon, all of the puritan's pride supplements I checked were "approved" for what that's worth. They test for contaminants and they check potency against what is claimed on label as well as the products ability to break down properly for absorption.

Also, I'm in Canada - anyone know how long the shipping time from Puritan's Pride is? Their web site says 1 - 3 weeks, but I'd like a firmer number.
