Has anyone used the Puritans Pride Brand Vitex?? Has it worked for you? Did it regulate your cycles? How much do you take a day? How long did it take to work?

THeir brand of Vitex is called Chasteberry Tree and I used it. I didn't stay on it for long because I got really moody and depressed, so I stopped taking it. I use Puritan's Prides vitamins/supplements otherwise as well and haven't had trouble with anything else.
