Default Purple marks left by pimples

I've never had great skin, but it was alright until I went off BCPs (after 10 years) and then went off glucophage for 2 months. I'b back on the glucophage now, and it has improved, but I'm left with purple marks all over my chin where the pimples once were. I know from past experience that these takes months to go away. I've never had so many at once, and they are hard to cover with makeup, and I avoid going outside, where they look the worst. Does anyone know of how I can decrease the time to get rid of them? I'm desperate.

Thanks!

HSN sells serious skin care. Get some fading fluid and use it daily. It helps a lot as long as you use it daily. If you stop using it the redness increases. I have used this for years and I swear by it. Its the consistency of water so its so easy to use after you wash in the am.
