Out of my own curiosity. I was wondering if anyone here has given birth who has severe endo pain. As someone who has not GB, I wanna know if the pain is worse then the endo, or not. I know everyones different, but something to mentally prepare or gage would be nice.

I never really had pain with my endo and haven't given birth just yet, but I've heard that pregnancy often puts endo into remission for a while after birth. that's assuming you're referring to pain from the endo after birth rather than pain from childbirth itself.
No.. I was actually refering to birthing pain compaired to the endo pain. I wanna know that if I get pregnant, If I am going to be able to deal witht he pain or not, or if I am going ot have to fight my husband to get an epidural... Im thinking WAAAY ahead, but you have no idea how difficult my husband can be when he sets his mind on things. So now that we are ttc, I need to starting working it into him. *sigh* I love him to death, but he can be....so hard headed <3

just my 2 cents and I'm sure he's got your best interest at heart, but you're husband is not the one that is going to have to go through the childbirth, so he has no right to tell you not to get an epidural.
I'm planning on getting an epidural. My husband is all for it if that's what I want.
That being said I don't think it's anymore painful for us ladies with endo than it is for anyone else. You would have to find someone who had developed endo after their first child and had another after the diagnoses and didn't use drugs or an epi for either to really know though.
