I am also on met to help with TTC. The question that i have is should I call my DR and see if there is somthing else that I can take or should I wait until I become PG and then stop the med? It is a category X med which the risks to the baby greatly out weigh the bennifits that I get. What should I do?

My Mood: Points: 24,224.85 Bank: 1,543,473.03 Total Points: 1,567,697.88 | Just an update, I called my DR and he said to call my gyno and so I did. My gyno said to call the prescribing DR.... I called him back and he again said to call my gyno....GRRRRRRRR. I finally called the pharmacy and asked them and they said that I cant take anything for the high cholsetorel cause it can cause SEVERE defects in a unborn baby. It is a good thing that I am studing to be in the medical profession, cause I took it upon myself to look into it cause my DR's didnt seam to give a rat's a$$ about it. Thank you for all of the replies they helped me keep looking into it.
