Did any of you sisters take Provera before staring Clomid??
I'm confused on the instructions I was given.
1. call thursday to get blood work results
2. start provera, take for 10 days.
3. take clomid on days 3-7 of period
4. if no period call doc office.
any help would be great.

what is your blood work for you usually get you blood work done on cycle day 23 to check progesterone levels

i always have to take provera before clomid i don;t get periods at all

They put you on progesterone to bring on a period. Like all us sisters we can have a hard time getting AF without help. I mostly get it without help every 45 days, so they put me on progesterone to get the cycle started quicker. Very normal... after the 10 days of pills you should start within 5 days but some take up too 14. Good LUCK to you
