Default question

I just found out in March that I have PCOS. I have pains in my lower abdomen that feel like a cut that is burning. My dr checked me for cysts and said that there were none, but no one has given me an answer as to what it is or could be. Does any one have any suggestions?

Default HI there

Have you considered endometriosis? I suffered with it for years before it was correctly diagnosed and am currently pain free after 2 surgeries this year. The pain i felt alternated between sharp, burning and dull depending on ebb and flow of hormones.
