 Question about AF and BCP's
Okay, this is annoying. This is my first round of BCP's and I accidentally started taking them before I got my postpartum AF (thought I had it, turned out to be just spotting, but I continued the pills anyway). Four days before my placebo pills, I got AF. Tomorrow is my LAST active pill, and then I go on the placebos for my "real" AF. Can I just skip them and start my next pack so I don't have to have AF for over a week and a half? Will that work? I'm on Ortho-Novum (low dose BCP). I really don't want a period for that long and I'd like to know if there's anything I can do to NOT have it when I'm supposed to because I have it NOW lol. I know that there are some GYNs that tell you you can just skip the placebo and start the next pack, but would that work with a low dose BCP?
