I was diagnosed with PCOS last September. My husband and I were TTC but realized that the insurance co. wasn't going to cover treatment for another year so we decided to try on our own. Unfortunately, I got my period and it wouldn't go away for 3 months. I had to start back on birth control pills. I've been on microgestin for about a month now. I take it everyday at the same exact time (i set the alarm on my phone and it helps me remember). About an hour after I take the pill, I get cramps. They feel like menstrual cramps and last about 5 hours. My doctor told me to just wait and see if they go away. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem? Do you think it might be related to PCOS? Thanks,

Sarah
