My Mood: Points: 7,855.74 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 7,855.74 | Question about being nausous and tired I upped my dosage this week from 500 to 1000. I tolerated the 500 really well. I usually take my met with my dinner at around 8pm. Well the past few days I have been nauseaous and tired consistently around 3pm-6 or so, and I usually go home and go to bed! I never did this before. Will this prob pass as I get more used ot the met? I keep feeling really hot like I am gonna vomit and I try not to think about it because I am at work.

My Mood: Points: 17,215.07 Bank: 753.73 Total Points: 17,968.80 | this is very normal with met.. maybe try 750mg a day for a few days.. then increase the dose when you know you have a few days off work e.g. the weekend? Then you can sleep more. Stay away from greasy foods, high sugar and also bad carbs... Its tough but I suppose it is worth it.. I am also trying to increase dose so I feel your pain xxx

My Mood: Points: 1,131.45 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 1,131.45 | gosh I have been taking met for about 3 or 4 months and diarrhea has diminished, but I am always nauseaus and tired as hell. I can hardly work, i just dream of being in my bed. last week i slept from 8Pm til 7am the next morning, but after taking the pill, i was tired at about 10am that day. it is a pain to drink it and I stress just at the idea. but I'll hang on. i am dieting and exercising like crazy because i want to lose weight fast and (hopefull) be able to decrease my dose of met (2000mg/day right now) i don't think I'll be able to live like this forever |

I was hoping this would only last a month or so. Actually I was hoping my body would get used to the new dosage within a week! I am thankful I don't have the diarrhea probs but I am SO tired I could fall asleep sitting up at my desk.
