Hey cysters,
Just a few questions about vitex and donquai. What is Donquai?what does it do for you/pcos woman? As well as the vitex? I know I have heard about them before but still not quite sure how they work/their purpose! I went to GNC today & saw them both there & they are SOOOO inexpensive($7-8.00). So I was just interested to see what they r for & how will they help me,& has it helped any of you? Also can I take yasmin with them(birth control pill).Ok thanks for the input in advance!

I've never used any of these but they are used by pcos women to get cycles under control, they work in the same way that clomid and provera work but only they are herbal medications. They sometimes take a few months of use before you see definate results but some woman have claimed instant results. However I'm not sure if you can take them with Yasmin as there is some concern about taking herbal stuff with other medications. Anyway If you post this question in the Alternative medications board you might get more info and help from women you have actually used them.
