I am getting back into the habit of counting my calories. I got large Egglands Best eggs, and hardboiled them to put in a tuna salad. I don't like yolk so I discard them. Any idea how many calories/fat is in the leftover white egg I keep?

I found this online in a few places... seems to be some consensus:

Based on one large egg: Egg White - 17 calories.
