 Question about folic acid
I have a new OB/Gyno, who put me on prometrium to get AF, and I will be starting my 1st round of clomid, The Dr also ran some blood work, and found that I am deficient in an enzyme that breaks down folic acid. He prescribed a special prenatal that has the folic acid broken down to folate. I was a little worrid when I first heard, so I started asking my mom and other female relatives about this, none of them so far have been told they have this issue, all the ones I asked are moms. So I am a little confused, and was wondering if anyone here has been told they have this condition too. I don't know if this is something related to PCOS or what. Thanks in advance for your replies!

Current meds: prenatal vitamins & dietary changes, back on TCM herbs
7 clomid cycles and 2 injectable cycles, all BFN
