Question Question about laser hair removal.

I am currently trying to search for a laser hair removal center in Dallas area.I have come across either Dermatologist doing LHR (along with various other Hi tech skin treatments) or some spas or a skin care clinic having laser technicians or electrologist doing hair removal.I want to know if it is important to get LHR done by dermatologist or a laser technician is also equally good? I am really confused.
Also I would love to hear recommendations for a LHR center in Dallas/carrollton/plano area.

I've seen Kat comment that doctors are often cheaper than the spas.

Yep, in my experience, MD offices are less expensive, plus, I think it's important to have an MD on hand in case there are problems, or you need any additional Rx's to complete your treatment (ie I use an Rx cream to lighten some of the dark spots associated with plucking)

Thanks for your replies Pam and Kat.
Almost all the dermatologist LHR centers that I have come across on the net offer so much more than just LHR ,I mean skin resurfacing and rejuvenation etc; so I am a bit hesitant as I just need to do LHR only for chin hair initially and see how it goes.......so I am confused about approaching them or just go to the spa with the laser technician....
