Sweety, count your blessings!  Some people's bodies tolerate met really well, and it sounds like you're probably one of them. But side effects are not an acurate gauge of if the met is working. The only way to know if met is doing what it is supposed to, is by bloodwork and seeing if your hormones that led your Dr to put you on it are improving.
Most Dr's usually wait about 3 months to see if the bloodwork has moved to give your body a little time to figure up from down hormonally. Ask your Dr at your next appt if he will give a requision for blood work after you've been on the drug for 3 months or so and you'll have a better idea.
