Question Question about Milk Thistle...

For those of you who took or are taking it, what did you experience in the beginning?
Did it take a while for your body to get used to it, or did you not notice anything different?
I notice after I take it, I get tired, and I get a little hungry, and my heart flutters, but this all could be for many other reasons too, that's why I'm asking.
?
thanks

I'v been taking milk thistle for a few weeks-it's one of the main ingredients in my supplements-and I haven't noticed anything strange. And I am the queen of strange symptoms. I have always had trouble with heart "flutters" but haven't noticed any with the milk thistle.

If you're liver is affected from PCOS (ie; fatty liver, ELE), I am hearing that it is an excellent alternative route.
It's geared more toward liver 'help', I guess.
