question about natural progesterone cream

I've been trying natural remedies for about a month and was hoping my period would start naturally because of it. So far it hasn't. I think my body is getting ready to ovulate but not following through with it. Is NPC a good way to get it going again? Any recommendations? Thanks so much.

I wanna know the answer to this too...I have often thought, hmmm they give me progesterone to start AF would a cream do it too?
