Default Question about soy?????

I used 80mg soy isoflavones for cycle days 5-9 and noticed that I was extremely nauseated during those days....the bottle says to take with meals which I did...I tried taking them after meals, before meals, and in between bites and I was still nauseated...I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this as well?

Thanks

Tah

Hi I noticed no one responded to your post,so decided to respond, the symptoms you are describing could indicate you are having an allergic response to the soy.and I would highly reccomend you eliminate it for a few weeks and then reintroduce,if it causes symptoms u know you cannot tolerate it.Soy is not the best food for every one,and you should not ignore your bodies symptoms.just some friendly words
